Hotels London Limited will take full payment at the time of booking from the credit card provided. Booking with credit card details shall be deemed as acceptance of the terms herein, and bookings will be made subject to availability.
Theatre prices displayed will show the ticket Face Value (theatres own rate) plus Hotels London booking fee. By law these figures must be shown separately and booking fees cannot exceed 25% of the face value. These total figures equate to the standard price offered by any agent. London-theatre.com will regularly offer Specials, Best Available tickets & Packages at discounted prices.
Hotels London Limited accepts no liability for situations out of their control, including show cancellations, price and time changes etc. Hotels London will do their best to communicate such situations to you, however this may not always be possible. Please ensure you include as many contact details as possible when booking.
All theatre, tour, attractions tickets and theatre packages are NON REFUNDABLE & NON CANCELLABLE once booked. It may be possible to purchase back or re sell tickets, however this is at the total discretion of London-Theatre and by no means guaranteed. Please ask and we will do our best to help you.
